To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, please follow the rules below.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Smoking is allowed on the balcony or in outdoor areas using an ashtray. Please do not dispose of cigarette butts outside of bins.

Pets

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons and out of respect for other guests.

Parties & Events

Parties, gatherings or events are not permitted. The space is intended for accommodation only.

Quiet Hours

Please respect quiet hours from23:00 to07:00 and be considerate of neighbors and other residents.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Space

Please keep the space clean and tidy. Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately.

Visitors

Visitors are allowed provided the apartment capacity is not exceeded. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Safety

Open flames (e.g., candles, grills, gas heaters) are prohibited. Please turn off electrical appliances when not in use.

House Amenities

The kitchen, utensils and washing machine may be used with care. Please leave equipment clean after use.

Air Conditioning & Heating

Please turn off air conditioning and heating appliances when you leave the apartment. Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
