Compact guide for use, cleaning, and safety

1️ FUNCTION & TEMPERATURE SELECTION

  • Turn the function selector to choose the desired cooking mode.
  • Set the temperature from 50°C to 250°C using the temperature selector.

2️ COOKING MODES

  • ▭ Bottom Heat – Heat only from below, ideal for base baking or finishing pies.
  • ═ Top + Bottom Heat – Traditional cooking with uniform heat distribution.
  • ≡ Grill – Top heat for toasting, gratin, or browning the surface.
  • 🌀 Fan + Heat – Circulating air for even cooking on all levels.
  • 🔥🌀 Grill + Fan – Combination for faster, crispier browning.

3️ COOKING TIPS

  • Place the dish on the correct rack level depending on the food type.
  • Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes when required by the recipe.
  • Avoid opening the door frequently during cooking to maintain temperature stability.

4️ CLEANING & MAINTENANCE

  • Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
  • Clean the interior with warm water and mild detergent.
  • Avoid abrasive sponges or chemicals that may scratch the enamel surface.
  • Use the HydroClean ECO® steam-assisted cleaning function for easy maintenance.

⚠️ SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Do not leave the oven unattended while operating at high temperatures.
  • Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
  • Do not cover the oven floor with aluminum foil – it affects air circulation.
  • If smoke or strong odor occurs, switch off the oven and clean it before the next use.
