Compact guide for use, cleaning, and safety
1️ FUNCTION & TEMPERATURE SELECTION
- Turn the function selector to choose the desired cooking mode.
- Set the temperature from 50°C to 250°C using the temperature selector.
2️ COOKING MODES
- ▭ Bottom Heat – Heat only from below, ideal for base baking or finishing pies.
- ═ Top + Bottom Heat – Traditional cooking with uniform heat distribution.
- ≡ Grill – Top heat for toasting, gratin, or browning the surface.
- 🌀 Fan + Heat – Circulating air for even cooking on all levels.
- 🔥🌀 Grill + Fan – Combination for faster, crispier browning.
3️ COOKING TIPS
- Place the dish on the correct rack level depending on the food type.
- Preheat the oven for about 10 minutes when required by the recipe.
- Avoid opening the door frequently during cooking to maintain temperature stability.
4️ CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean the interior with warm water and mild detergent.
- Avoid abrasive sponges or chemicals that may scratch the enamel surface.
- Use the HydroClean ECO® steam-assisted cleaning function for easy maintenance.
⚠️ SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- Do not leave the oven unattended while operating at high temperatures.
- Always use oven gloves when handling hot cookware.
- Do not cover the oven floor with aluminum foil – it affects air circulation.
- If smoke or strong odor occurs, switch off the oven and clean it before the next use.
